We've updated on Tuesdays for many years, then recently added the members Buzz only now as of June 3rd, 2008 to UPDATE FIVE (5) DAYS A WEEK.

site:   refers to The Catfight Haven whether entering from shyrenee.com or catfighthaven.com.

bookmarking: the act of placing a webpage / url as a temporary or permanent file in your (the end user, viewer, fan, visitor,  consumer, subscriber or potential subscriber)  browser in order to return to that particular page at a later date, directly without passing through any other pages.

Limited License:  As a visitor of The Catfight Haven or Subscriber / Member of The Catfight Haven you understand that the material anywhere on the site whether in the free access areas or members area is to be used for personal, non commercial use.  You are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any of the information made available on this site for personal, non commercial use ONLY.  Commercial use of The Catfight Haven or any material located on it is strictly prohibited. subscriber: The consumer or end user of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password for the site.

login: The combination of a unique username and password that is sold by catfighthaven.com through IBILL, CCBILL or via email from catfighthaven.com.

Subscription Fees: The fees in which you will be billed periodically depending on which option was chosen by the subscriber upon joining the Catfight Haven.  Subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once your username and password have been used to access this site.

One Time Billing fees will be charged "ONE TIME" per transaction and for the length of time you signed up for.

Recurring Billing fees will recur "continue" until the subscriber cancels them by contacting IBILL, CCBILL (by phone, email or any special link provided by IBILL or CCBILL for the purpose of cancelling) or either the Catfight Haven (by email only and ensuring that you get a response from the Catfight Haven stating the account has been cancelled). However when cancelling via email correspondence through the Catfight Haven directly, a four day advance notice must be given to ensure the account will be cancelled prior to the next billing period.  Until the Subscriber cancels the account and has received a cancellation confirmation via email from CCBILL, IBILL or The Catfight Haven the account is still active and will continue to be billed.   

Theft of / Sharing of Login:  Subscribers username and password may not be assigned or transfered to any other person(s).  Subscriber must immediately contact The Catfight Haven via email regarding any possible loss, theft or unauthorized use of their username  and or password.  Until The Catfight Haven is notified the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the services provided by the Catfight Haven to it's members.

The Catfight Haven may cancel / terminate a membership at any time and for any reason deemed fit by The Catfight Haven.  The Subscriber may also cancel their subscription / membership at any given time and for any reason they deem fitting.  However when cancellation / termination is requested by the Subscriber a refund of subscription fees will not be issued and the subscriber will have access until the last day of the billing period they happen to be in when cancellation / termination is requested.
